This year we are going to create some raised beds in the front yard (I have found too many corroded batteries while weeding to plant an existing soil) for vegetables and flowers.

I'm partial to Whatcom Seed Company, based out of Oregon. They specialize in the unusual and exotic, but they have vegetable seeds as well. http://www.seedrack.com/10.html They have some cool varieties of heirloom tomato seeds for sale.
