I remember when I was 14 or so, and the world on the internet was just made up of domains and people who designed what they wanted, who kept blogs and people read about their day to day life. Hi Steph! I don't know if you remember me, this is Ashley from the US. We used to talk about Plastic Tree and GLAY all the time, haha.

I don't really post on Livejournal much anymore because I feel completely disconnected from all of the people around me. (I mostly use it as a place to follow communities, but I don't know how to join in the conversation.) I feel the same way about the current state of the internet. It seems less friendly than it was when we were 14. I keep wondering what happened to all of those people I made friends with long ago because I loved reading about their lives, the good and the bad.

Of course, things are better than the last entry of my journal would suggest. (That was over a year ago, of course.)

Anyway, keep posting! I would love to know about what you're up to these days.

Haha I don't know if my internet and your internet have been the same. Usually for me it seems that people only want to talk abou that common thing with me. Like anime drama, kpop, whatever....

I used to be a fiend tho with lj postings but then I realized that no one cares what I did today so why should I take the time to post it? Plus I don't care what I did today so...yeah..

Wait, I got lost in my own comment. Anyway, I'm always happy to see new posts to read on my friend's page so don't be afraid to talk about anything. ^^;;

This is why I've come back to LJ, and why I like twitter. I like reading about what people get up to on a day to day basis, not just their fandom spaz on tumblr and stuff (even though that's fun too :P)

Also I like that we basically met on LJ and everything. YOU'RE AWESOME, NAME TWIN OF LOVELINESS.
