Official announcement

I have decided officially that my favourite type of restaurant is one with a sushi conveyor belt (train).
We went to Jaws tonight and had a great time. *burp*

I think they should put little plates of hors d’œuvres on the train instead!
Little sausages, cheeses, breads, dumplings.
Imagine miniature euchre platters going past :D
I'm so hungry right now.

Haha you don't like the sushi?
You could always make your own platter if you have a hankering for it.

Well....I live in the desert so I don't eat much sushi or any seafood for that matter.
The sushi bars around here are quite pretentious and for the most part really not all that good.
Being from New England I do miss good seafood although I tend to be more of a shellfish man.
I will only eat sushi when I'm someplace that has an ocean, preferably the one the fish came from.
Otherwise I question its freshness and food poisening from seafood is one badass wild ride.
Now if I lived in a part of the world like you do I would eat it all the time.
Actually, I do get to eat it occasionally when I am in California.
Maybe someday when I get to visit your beautiful country.
I also really want to go to New Zealand.

Fair enough! Since I live on the coast I don't tend to need to worry about the quality of the seafood, but I am still wary.
I want to go to NZ one day too.
