Hey Adam,

Merry Christmas! I enjoying reading about your culinary adventures. I don't recall any Ukrainian restaurants around Waterloo, but I think there is a Russian based one. Keep us posted! Perhaps you may do travel & restaurant reviews as a sideline some day :-)
