I so rarely post here anymore (though I still read posts here about once a week), so much easier to write the short little posts on FB. However, when I went to post the following passage, I found that it looks like FB increased their limits. Still, I figure the post fits better here then on the less thoughtful medium of FB

Ah, the problem is, if I am writing, then I am not out doing stuff. Though that is not really an excuse. Really it is the Detroit Fire Guild that is taking up so much of my time. If maybe I end up in a more remote internship, I will have more time for one of those books sitting in my head.

I want there to be a "share" button on LJ.

This is absolutely marvelous and true. The world is moving on, it's our society that is crumbling and disintegrating before our very eyes, mainly because most people can't embrace that last sentiment.
