Does Soubi know Ritsuka wants Rikuou to be his friend? Alternatively, does Soubi dislike Ringo now?

Soubi does not know that Ritsuka wants to be his friend, but one of Ritsuka's first orders to him was to make friends and be more social. He knows Ritsuka and Rikuou were and are close-ish, but other than that, he doesn't delve too much into his relationships.

As for Ringo, he sees her as pretty much the same. Slightly loud, a bit easily excited and a big chested girl. :D

What are Rikuou's thoughts on Ritsuka's request for him to be Soubi's friend?

Oh good. I know she was pushy there at the end.

Rikuou pretty much thinks that you can't force these things. And knowing what he does about the lessons that were beaten into him, he questions whether it's really possible for Soubi to form attachments. But he really does like Ritsuka a lot and Soubi... more than a little, so while he's not sure they can be friends he at least wants to hang around, to stay on Soubi's good side for as long as possible and see what comes of it. If it makes Ritsuka happy, so much the better for everyone.
