Jordan's unfortunate incident...

Apr 01, 2004 14:00

I didn't want to write a journal entry about this event, but I thought it would be a great way for me to, in my mistakes, show all of you what never to do. I don't know how I should approach this subject, if I should do it with a flavor of humor or if I should be straight forward and serious. I think maybe I'll just dive into the story and hope ( Read more... )

Jordan, if it weren't for the fact that it was April 1st when you wrote this, i might actually feel sorry for you. As for this abnormally large, and seemingly gothic, adversary you described, I honestly thought you could do better. I mean, you might have been going for the "it's so cliché that it works", but sadly it doesn't. Jordan was attacked by a big scary man with tatoos and facial hair. You should have titled your entry that so we could skip the weak introduction and well...the whole story. I did, however, enjoy the moral "don't slap". If you ever write like this again, i will not stop myself like i am now. I'm just messing with you, i love you jordan.

I never said he wasn't, he is even sexier than a pirate who isn't on crack.

I swear there was a comment by "Brianne D" that proved my writing was a great tool in trickery. I'm not sure how it disappeared, but it's gone, and so is any proof that I can deceive people with my livejournal...oh waaaaait...a year ago...now it's coming back to me...a car accident...the millions who fell for that...including my own cousin...hmm. Alright, so I guess I can effectively trick any and everyone I want on any given day. This, however, was over-par. (quick sidenote: the phrase "sub-par" meaning something isn't good is quite the oddity ( ... )

furthermore (excuse the sarcasm) what if my comment was indeed another April Fools joke, and then what if your reply to my comment was yet another April Fools joke? And if we can say these two things, what's stopping me from saying that my admitting this entry was a joke was another joke, an April Fools on an April Fools. This all did happen, and the joke was really saying that it didn't - and you all fell for it. But why stop there? Maybe the joke really is that this isn't even Jordan. This has been a 3 year Arpil Fools joke and I've played it to perfection. My name is actually Brian from Boston. Hell, it's possible right?

Okay, so due to a combination of being extremely busy and just being a wonderful procrastinator, I am just reading your entry now. I must say I didn't fall for it (although I did fall for the accident one last year). I just hope this doesn't mean your work is going downhill Jordan. I mean, this kind of work is not going to get you accepted into Grad School! The bar was rose and you ran your face right into it. I can only hope a new and much better entry will be posted soon. I will be waiting...don't let me down.
