Israel mostly as I'm half Israeli and lived in Israel when I was younger (now living in the States. All my Hebrew is gone sadly).

With my studies and fields of interest though as a Political Science Major I mostly focus on Israel and Iraq.

Oh man that'll get me going into a long spiel.

Short Version: The war is right and we should be there.

The long version could be a paper.

In my honest opinion it was going to happen sooner or later - we didn't finish up in the first Gulf War and yes we're now bogged down in it and it will take a while to extract ourselves but Saddam NEEDED to be taken out of power. The Bush Administration did a lot of mishandling but it's a war that was coming sooner or later.

And I personally hate how it's popular to be Anti-Iraq War in the Media. Boyfriend spent 3 years there (3 tours of duty) and how some people treated him when he got back just infuriated me.

You can be Anti-War, think we're wrong to be involved. But leave the servicemen and women alone. Respect them even if you don't respect what they are doing.
