I was told today by Trevecca University that even if I didn't have the transcript issues I was having with Belmont, that I would not be accepted into their Education program because of my attitude. That 'Attitude" was me emailing the assistant or something of the graduate dept of Education with concerns with my transcripts getting there from ( Read more... )

How infuriating! I hope you get into Lipscomb and can start your program soon.

Thanks. I think I have everything in order. Finally. It shouldn't be a huge problem at Lipscomb. I hope!

Wow--I had some bad dealings with them, but nothing like that! I would love to see the emails-- stradivarius25 at gmail dot com. I'm so sorry that you've had such a sucky experience, but maybe Lipscomb will be better. Like I said before, any incompetence on Lipscomb's part that I ever experienced during undergrad was NOTHING compared to what I went up against at Trevecca. When I look at my master's on the wall, I don't sit in awe at earning it with all that hard work, I sit in awe that they ever freaking actually gave it to me! Seriously, keep me posted on how things are going--I want to get back in touch with you! I'm also always up for a good Trevecca venting session!

Ugh! It's so good to have someone who also had the same infuriating experiance! And it stinks, because i know someone who WENT to Trevecca and had a great experiance! Go figure.

And I will totally keep you updated! Joe and I are planning a trip to the Memphis zoo sometime soon. I'll let you guys know when!

Well, that doesn't sound right, perceived rudeness or no.
(When did Trevecca turn Catholic? I thought they were part of the Nazarene denomination?)
You should get some of your costumer pals to go over en masse and stage of con-in. It could become a tradition. Get Derek to get some of his Hawg-ridin' buds to ride as - well, whatever. You'd be on Youtube. You'd be on Oprah!
