to make it smooth you have to sand it a lot before painting =)

using sandpaper? i tried using sandpaper but after sanding, some thread alike thing came out and got stuck on it. in the end i used scissor to cut it ^^:

Hmmm then you may need to coat it with a mixture of water and white glue =D

they are just something different. plus i used a different material. that little fellow you made is absolutely charming X3

thank you :) anyway, what type of material did you used? The masa doll seems like you can move and set the position of the hands in any position you want.
