I especially like "If I ever become 'too smart' to be cured by [the placebo effect], how smart is that really?" I'm off to try to figure out how to RSS the guy. Sometimes I really miss the UUs.

Hey, welcome back from Maui!

Doug is in my pantheon of "model pagans". He's the epitome of smart, grounded, common-sense, analytical, salt-of-the-earth Midwestern Paganism. He was our introduction to Paganism at a UU church potluck in 1990.

Yes, definitely add his blogs to your RSS feeds. It's very easy to do through Google Reader.
