All information for this list comes from the userinfo (which may or may not reflect the newer characters). I'll probably edit this list as I go -- after all, it's the first time around that's hard, right?
It has also come to my attention that Kisa has a harem. Go figure.
Wednesday Addams: Hasn't met.
Alice: Hasn't met.
Marco: Hasn't met.
Tobias: Spoke once, where she stuttered at him a little. She hasn't got an impression of him yet.
Anne: Hasn't met.
Yumichika: Oh boy. She doesn't like this guy at all. She was ambivalent about him when he posted saying that everyone was ugly, but it wasn't until Hanatarou showed up that Kisa's opinions were fixed. Kisa was bullied at school and although it hasn't really happened so much at camp, she's still hypersensitive to bullies and the fact that he teased (or so Kisa knows -- she'd probably be horrified to find out what else happened!) Hanatarou makes Yumichika very much a person she doesn't want to associate with. He reminds her of the kids at school -- a memory she's not that keen on.
Chizuru: She hasn't technically met Chizuru, however she is more than familiar with her, after the girls poll. It's that notoriety, you see. Kisa wasn't that keen on the poll and was surprised that people voted for her. Kisa's not particularly keen on Chizuru because she thinks she's making fun of her.
Uryuu: OH MY GOD YOU KILLED A GIRAFFE? Kisa has...not so good thoughts about Uryuu -- she thinks he's a murderer who would quite happily torture small animals for his own amusement. (See what one accidental murder will do for you?)
Yachiru: Very happy. Kisa rescued her from a tree while as a balloon and the overall impression of Yachiru is that she's very happy, giddy girl. She hasn't put it together that Yachiru's a shinigami.
Hanatarou: Kisa has a feeling that if she lived in Hanatarou's society, she'd be him. He's a genuinely nice guy who's been bullied for all his unlife and she can empathise with that. She understands that he is depressed and miserable, and she hopes that camp improves his self-esteem. She likes him, and she's going to tell him that until he starts feeling good about himself (yeah, yeah, I know, Yuki said it first, but Kisa reckons she can use the lesson for other people too). The idea that he's a shinigami was something that unsettled her at first, because to her, that makes him a god and why would a god get bullied? She realised soon afterwards that shinigami are just like everyone else -- and that they can be teased just like everyone else. It's a sobering thought for Kisa, but she's vowed to convince Hanatarou of his worth because she thinks he's a genuinely good person.
Bob the Angry Flower: Has met all of once. She's not sure what to make of the idea of a talking flower.
Buffy: Kisa idolises Buffy -- she wants to be like her. She wants to be as confident, self-assured and as brave as Buffy and she's worried that Buffy only talks to her because of her cousins. After all, what does Kisa have to offer Buffy? (Kisa and self-esteem aren't really on talking terms) Although Kisa likes it when Buffy talks to her, she's old enough to wonder whether Buffy's only doing it because Kisa's little and apparently cute.
Faith: Hasn't met.
Xander: Has only met as Cordy!Xander. She wibbled on him for a little and then freaked when he wanted to hug her. Nice guy and he has to be good if Buffy likes him.
Imonoyama: Hasn't met.
Alex: Reputation only.
Bart: A very happy, very well-meaning superhero. It sounds a bit of an obvious statement, but Kisa thinks that Bart's a very small child in a teenager's body and although she's not at all up with the tortured and convoluted logic that is the DC universe (although it has NOTHING on Marvel! How many times has Jean Gray died?) she suspects that there was something going on to make Bart this way. She treats him as though he's younger than she is, despite the fact that he's physically older, because he just seems younger than her. To her, he's a younger friend who you have to look out for if there's trouble, and because he's a good and kind person, you need to look out for them all the more because the world doesn't like them much -- look at Tohru and the fact that she's an orphan!
Starfire: Hasn't met yet.
Kon-El: She adores Kon. No, really. He's just so damn awesome and if she had her way, he'd be her older brother in truth. Sadly, the universe conspired otherwise. The idea of superheroes is a novel idea to Kisa, and the fact that Kon is exactly how she imagined a teenaged superhero to be just cements him into "ohmigodhe'ssocool!" in her head. Possibly a healthy dose of hero worship as well, really. The experience with Thirteen demonstrated to Kisa additionally that you could be little and unsure about things and still turn out like Kon and that gave her hope. She's not entirely sure how to go about asking Kon how he did it (because that could be rude) but she's hoping hanging around him will wear that sort of confidence off. She's a little less fussed on Kal-El, mainly because she's running out of underwear and is too shy to say something to the (mostly) male occupants in the cabin.
Robin III (Timmeh!): Hasn't met yet.
George: Hasn't met yet.
L: Hasn't met yet.
Mello: Hasn't met yet.
Near: Hasn't met yet.
Raito: Hasn't met yet.
Raenef: Hasn't met yet.
Lady: Hasn't met yet.
Susan Sto Helit: Hasn't met yet.
Da Qiao: Hasn't met yet.
Gan Ning: Hasn't met yet.
Huang Yue Ying: Oh boy has she met Ying -- she's involved in Kisa's first death! Kisa initially thought she was pretty nice -- that's her default setting for everyone, but the more that Ying pushed her, the less keen Kisa was on Ying. At the moment, there's a wary ambivalence in regards to Ying, and I suppose it's all about where the game goes in regards to how Kisa feels about Ying in the future.
Ling Tong: Hasn't met yet.
Lu Xun: Hasn't met yet.
Sun Ce: Hasn't met yet.
Xiao Qiao: Hasn't met yet.
Megan: Hasn't met yet.
Elgala: Hasn't met yet.
Excel: Well...uh. Kisa is trying to like her, but she thinks that Excel's a little crazy. Like, you know, a lot crazy. On Kisa's first meeting with Excel, Excel tried to make her throw knives (Kisa threw one, and then gave it up as a bad idea). She's not sure what to make of Excel -- she's obviously very bright, but Kisa doesn't understand why she's so devoted to Il Palazzo when he treats her so badly.
Youichi: Hasn't met yet.
Erk: Hasn't met yet.
Kaylee: Had a short conversation with Kaylee, mainly about River and Serenity. Has no real impression of Kaylee yet, but it's positive!
River: Kisa feels sorry for River and doesn't see her as frightening. She thinks it would be incredibly lonely to have everyone afraid of you, and is making an effort to be River's friend -- even when Kisa has absolutely no idea what River's saying. She generally just takes a guess and hopes for the best. It's hard, knowing River, but Kisa thinks that it will be worth it in the end.
Simon: Heh, you scared her. She's not sure what to make of Simon. He reminds her a lot of Hiro in that he's very protective over River and she approves of that. It's just hard to remember that it's just over-protectiveness when he's yelling at her -- then again, Kisa has problems thinking when people yell at her anyway. She's wary of Simon, but that could become something else -- time will tell!
Saki: She's Tohru's friend, so she can't be that bad, right? Well, Kisa was working on that philosophy until she met Saki. She's a little unnerved by her, not just because of the black and the whole "Addams Family" vibe she's got going, but it's the comment about Kisa's unusual waves. Kisa is hypersensitive to anyone thinking of her being anything other than an ordinary Japanese schoolgirl (who doesn't star in tentacle porn, despite those doujishni!) and so she's not sure what to make of Saki. Obviously she's a good person because Tohru's her friend, but she's a little scary!
Hatsuharu: BIG BROTHER LIEK WHOA. Haru's a person who Kisa will tell things that she couldn't tell anyone else -- like that Hiro kissed her (and that she kinda might of liked it) -- and know that he wouldn't tell anyone else. He forgave her when she bit him in tiger-form, he went looking for her when she went missing, he's a touchstone in her life. If Haru's there, then everything will be all right somehow, and she trusts him blindly. If he told her to do something, she would, because she trusts him and loves him. (Also, OMG am I so happy that Haru's player's all for this, because seriously, SO MUCH LOVE.)
Hiro: He's her closest friend, she defines herself by him and she loves him so much that it hurts. When she's acting as his friend, Kisa's perfectly comfortable with him, can fall asleep on him, tell him her dreams -- you get the idea. It's only when the L word comes into it does she withdraw. To her, Hiro loves Isuzu, not Kisa with the ugly hair and eyes. Kisa's not good with noting the blatently obvious when it comes to her. She wants him to love her, but doesn't want to ruin their friendship because, as mentioned before, bestest friends in the world. One day they'll just admit it. One day. Then the world ends. Anyway, although Hiro's on his own journey to become the person who he thinks Kisa deserves, Kisa's on a similar journey to become the person who she thinks that Hiro deserves -- even if it is in the role of best friend. She's not as intelligent as him, or as pretty as Isuzu, but she'll be brave enough to speak on her own and become a better person that way. (Awwwwww.) Camp has plans for Kisa and Hiro, it seems, and Kisa's not entirely sure what's going on, really.
Yuki: Canonically, Yuki's the one who told her explicitly that [the Sohmas] love Kisa very much and that she's a good person. Kisa can sort of relate to him in that she's not naturally talkative (I just force her to talk more because that's a good way to idle out otherwise) and she does like him -- she's just not as close to him as she is to Haru and Hiro because of his connection with Akito and because she doesn't really know him as well as she does the other two.
Arisa: Hasn't met yet.
Alphonse: Hasn't met yet. (WHY? Al likes cats, Kisa turns into a tiger sometimes -- WHY HAVE THEY NOT MET?)
Edward: Hasn't met.
Envy: Hasn't met -- and will be avoiding all white unmarked vans!
Fletcher: Hasn't met.
Russel: Hasn't met
Winry: Although the idea of "OMFG SOMEONE KNOWS ABOUT OUR CURSE WTF?" still scares her, the braining of the zombie left a big impression on Kisa -- who has still yet to find a method of keeping the zombies away from her that doesn't involve her dying or being slammed into trees. (And trust me, it's a damned funny mental picture) -- is stunned at the idea that you could use another method. Winry seems so sweet and nice and awesome, especially after she found out about the secret in the way that she did, didn't take advantage of Hiro and has kept the secret safe. In fact, the fact that Winry didn't seek her out but left it for Hiro to tell her was really telling for Kisa, because it meant that Winry wasn't trying to shove her way into Tohru's place -- something which will never happen. She does genuinely like Winry in her own right, but it's the way in which Winry conducted herself in regards to the curse which has elevated her into "awesome person".
Sousuke: Hasn't met.
Izumi: Hasn't met.
Katou: Hasn't met.
Nishi: Hasn't met.
Athrun: Hasn't met.
Cagalli: Hasn't met.
Dearka: Hasn't met.
Fllay: Oooh boy. She's scared of Fllay, mainly because Fllay terrorised her into silence with the yelling. Fllay also seems pretty two-faced to Kisa and so she's going to be avoiding Fllay from now on, unless she can't avoid it. (Tease her!)
Heine: Hasn't met.
Jona: Hasn't met.
Kira: Hasn't met (obviously, orange isn't close enough to red! ;))
Lunamaria: A cheery, friendly girl. In fact, Lunamaria was the one who actually said the first positive thing about Kisa being short -- if you're short, you can pilot the GUNDAMS. Kisa has very little idea of what a GUNDAM actually is, other than a mecha that goes into space -- and she doesn't really care. The idea of going into space is oddly appealing for her (I have no idea where this impulse came from, no really!) as is the idea that her (lack of) height could be useful for something. She's friendly to Lunamaria, and she has a good impression of her.
Meer: Reputation only -- she posted the poll about the boys and not only did Kisa's computer vote for Hiro, but so did other people. Kisa's used to feeling second-classed by Isuzu (at least in her own head) but by nameless strangers, some of which are definitely not worthy of Hiro? OH THE HORRORS. Meer enabled these stirrings of jealousy -- and Kisa blames her.
Miguel: Awesome guy who started a snowball fight.
Rey: Hasn't met.
Shinn: Oh Shinn. First the mobile phone question in the AU truth and dare section and now the comparing of Kisa to Mayu -- to the point of getting her a phone? Kisa likes him, even though the first time she met him he was a five year old dog-girl -- only at CFUD could you say that! She almost cried when Shinn mentioned that his sister was dead and that he had her picture on her mobile phone -- and the fact that he was so blase about it made it all the more heart-wrenching for her. Shinn is Not Allowed to fall to the Powers of Emo -- Kisa has decreed it so. I have no idea how she'll go about it, but she's decided that he's suffered more than enough and that it's time that he was happy. Or else.
Tolle: Hasn't met.
Vino: Hasn't met.
Yzak: Hasn't met.
Quatre: Hasn't met.
Oscar: Kisa thinks he's a bit vain, and suspects that he takes more time making himself pretty than she does. She hasn't worked out whether's he's actually a good person under all the hair care products and only found out that he wasn't female when he was only wearing his boxer shorts. Also, dislikes his comments about how she's such a cute little girl -- she maintains that she's thirteen, thank you.
Luna: Straaaaaaange girl. Kisa hasn't read the latest Harry Potter books (yet) so she doesn't recognise Luna from them. Luna seems happy, though, and has people who look out for her (even if Kisa can't see them ...or anyone else, for that matter) so Kisa's not about to push the issue.
Tom: Hah. She does recognise him -- she's read the second HP book. She knows who Tom Riddle is and therefore wants nothing to do with him -- anyone who's willing to sacrifice a twelve year old is not someone she wants to associate with. He's evil to her, pure evil. (We try not to ask about her relationship with Akito)
Koumei: Hasn't met.
Miroku: Hasn't met.
Phedre: Hasn't met.
Greta: Hasn't met.
Wolfram: Hasn't met.
Yuuri: Hasn't met.
Anon: Hasn't met.
Mori: Thinks she's very devoted to Ueki -- and is utterly convinced that Mori loves him. The refusal to use honourifics (don't ask how Kisa hears this -- She Just Does...that and the player's said OOC that Mori doesn't) is odd as is the spazzing and yelling, but Kisa's utterly convinced that Mori's looking after Ueki because she wants to and not because she's getting something out of it. Mori's just so damn cute in her shout-y way and Kisa pretty much thinks she's cool.
Rinko: Hasn't met.
Robert: Hasn't met.
Sano: Asked her if she had any zai. Kisa was bemused, especially by the fact that all Sano wants is to open an onsen. She's decided he's nice if a little...single-minded.
Ueki: Oh boy, the world's nicest stoner. Sorry, but he so is! Ueki continually tells Kisa that she's nice and dude, rhyming conversation that they did just because they could? Too damn cool for words. He's a nice kid, if a little bit...special at times, and Kisa has no idea why people would want to kill him, especially not to the degree that Ueki was talking about. Also, she's a huge Mori/Ueki shipper (and I so totally got that around the right way) so there. :D
Rikuou: Let her help build a snowcastle! I remain saddened to this day that the truth and dare was not AU, because the conversation between these two was so sweet and so sad. She's bemused about the idea that Rikuou is on a mission -- although most of the kids here are on missions! She's not entirely sure what to make of Rikuou, but she thinks that he's pretty nice thus far. (Curse this trusting character business!)
Kazahaya: Definitely a bit spazzy, but still all right. She wasn't all that fussed when he suggested that Kisa-chan suited her better than Kisa-san by Kio, but her sense of propriety was overcome by her wish to be liked by him.
Tetra: Hasn't met.
Mutsumi: Hasn't met.
Lemina: All of one conversation, where Kisa thought that Lemina was experimenting on zombies and Lemina pointed out that she was being sarcastic. Is wary of Lemina from that point forward.
Sayo: Hasn't met.
Evangeline: Hasn't met.
Chisame: Thinks that Chisame must have been really lonely at her school before coming here and is relieved to know that Chisame's gotten a lot happier since she came here. Also relieved to know that Chisame has friends -- even if none of them are from her school. Although very dry, Chisame seems to mean well.
Asuna: Hasn't met yet.
Kaede: Hasn't met yet.
Tetora: Hasn't met yet.
Akira: Spoke to once, has no impression yet.
Haruka: Hasn't met.
Shino: Hasn't really left an impression, other than "..."
Chouji: Hasn't met.
Sakura: First conversation was the onsen when they were talking about embarassing things that happened under the mistletoe. Thinks that Sakura's an interesting person, although probably too...ninja for Kisa to befriend.
Hinata: Kisa with 360 vision. Or something. They are remarkably similar, and Kisa sees a kinship with her -- her shyness, the fact that their eyes mark them as different and they aren't very keen on them and their tenacity when by all accounts they should be down on the ground -- and would like to know her better. Despite us being in the same timezone, this hasn't happened.
Neji: Hasn't met.
Kimimaro: Hasn't met.
Lee: Hasn't met.
Itachi: Met as a catboy. She wishes this was a less common occurrence in her life.
Sasuke: Hasn't met.
Naruto: Hasn't met.
Kabuto: He's a medical ninja, what's not to like? Kisa thinks he's a trustworthy almost-adult -- although definitely not in the same league as Haru. We shall ignore the part where he's a traitor and all that in his canon. ;)
Ino: Hasn't met yet.
Nagisa: Hasn't met yet.
Rei: Hasn't met yet.
Ari: First time Kisa met Ari, he was suggesting to Hiro that he could get a bathing suit for her. Kisa interpreted that as him teasing her and as such, has now grouped him in the group of "Bulliers at Camp". This classification amuses me (the player) endlessly, because Ari being a bully? WTF? Ari? You know how to make a good impression, is all I'm saying.
Linda: Thinks she's a nice girl with a crush on Stan and dreams of one day being a pop star. Kisa doesn't get her world much at all, especially about how Linda was supposed to be evil when she really wasn't.
Rosalyn: Hasn't met.
Stan: Hasn't met.
Sunako: Hasn't met.
Ash: Ash is such a happy guy that Kisa couldn't help but like him. She's not enitrely sure why people keep deriding him -- sure he occasionally does silly things, but that's not anything to justify ostracising or teasing him. He just needs some help...or something. Also, she's finally put it together that Ari and Mogeta from Mogeta are actually parodies of Ash and Pikachu. She feels kinda guilty about liking the show knowing this, but reminds herself that the chances of Ash finding out about this are minimal.
James: Hasn't met yet.
Shinji: Hasn't met yet.
Inui: Hasn't met yet -- and I've only just realised that that's his last name.
Hajime: Hasn't met yet.
Masaharu: Only met in the form of a white hedgehog. Currently thinks he's got a curse on him like the Sohmas do.
Renji: Hasn't met yet.
Ranma: Hasn't met yet.
Ryouga: Hasn't met yet.
Huo: Hasn't met yet.
Gertrude: Hasn't met yet.
Molly: Hasn't met yet.
Ami: Thinks she's very intelligent, but not very aware of the world around her, if she's aware that the library is dangerous and yet goes in there anyway.
Hakkai: Thinks he has to be smart 'cause he's a scholar.
Goku: Hasn't met yet.
Yoh: Hasn't met yet.
Haine: Hasn't met yet.
Heather: Heather put the fear of God into her when she threw around Akito's name as if it were nothing -- admittedly to Heather, it is nothing! After Kisa's little "omg, it's all my fault that Shigure's being punished, if I had contacted Akito when I should have it wouldn't have happened, I'm so sorry, Shigure!" fit, Heather's bound to suspect something's going on. Kisa's going to be very wary of her from now on, because Kisa slipped up around her.
Seymour: A good kid. Is currently in Boys Cabin 13, I think.
Amelia: Hasn't met yet.
Filia: Hasn't met yet.
Naga: Hasn't met yet.
Soushi: Hasn't met yet.
Wesley: Hasn't met yet.
Anakin: Hasn't met yet. Knows of him through his source canon. That said, she has sorta kinda accepted a mission to help Anakin become a better person and to laugh at Jacen's jokes, in case they're the reason why Anakin saves Luke at the end of Return of the Jedi. (This conversation was made all the more hilarious by the fact that Jacen was on the roof and they were yelling it to each other. Oh, and Geoffrey the giraffe had just been blown up by Ishidork.)
Jacen: If it wasn't for the fact that Kisa's desperately in love with Hiro and Jacen wasn't in love with Tenel Ka -- I told you I'd read the books! -- this might have been a ship. That said, Kisa does genuinely like Jacen -- he's a funny, considerate and caring individual who just happens to have a lightsaber. I think the turning moment for her was when he admitted that his grandfather was Anakin -- and Kisa told him that she wouldn't judge him for that, because you can't help your relations.
Obi-Wan: Ooooh boy. She knows that he's going to grow up to be Ben Kenobi and teach Jacen's uncle how to use the Force -- and even teach Anakin to use the Force (if we use prequel canon, and that had Jar-Jar Binks). He's an older, calmer force and it's hard for her to remember that he's really just a kid -- if a good eight years older than her. She'd like to be like that one day -- comfortable in herself.
Momoko: Hasn't met yet.
Tot: Hasn't met yet. (Have a horrible feeling that when she does, Kisa will make a double take at her name -- her cousin Momiji uses German all the time and she's bound to pick things up out of sheer necessity)
Omi: He's dating Haru which is worrying for her. She doesn't know if Omi knows about the curse -- although she is aware that it won't be so much of a problem unless Haru or Omi gender-switch (and in that case, she will be begging Winry to allow one of them to use the gender-switching machine) -- and she's still not that comfortable with someone outside the Sohma family being that close to a Sohma. She wants what's best for Haru, and if Omi makes him happy, so be it. It just worries her sometimes.
Elphaba: Knows of her only because she's friendly with Hiro. Kisa approves of this -- Hiro needs friends.
Toboe: Suspicious. He's asking questions about whether she's owned a cat, and although Kisa was able to direct the conversation to what names mean -- apparently her name is Russian and means 'Kitty' according to google -- she's still worried.
Caeru: She has a feeling that she's a little like Caeru's son, simply because Caeru seems to mother her. Kisa's happy for this to go on, because it makes Caeru happy, and Kisa's all about making people happy.
Calanthe: Hasn't met yet.
Kazuma: Hasn't met yet.
Shigeru: Hasn't met yet
Kurama: Hasn't met yet.
Kazuma: Hasn't met yet.
Yuusuke: Hasn't met yet.
Ryuuken: Hasn't met yet.
Kisuke: Hasn't met yet.
Granddad: Hasn't met yet.
Hifumi: Hasn't met yet.
Dante: Hasn't met yet.
Lu Meng: Hasn't met yet.
Il Palazzo: Hasn't met yet.
Malcolm: SANTA! She knows that he's close to River and that he has to be a good person because of him trying to help Robert and because he was understanding when she couldn't sit on his lap -- the curse is rather odd in that regard and quite loose on the definition of a "hug".
Ayame: Believe it or not, Kisa doesn't have that much of an opinion of him. He's very focused on Yuki to the exclusion of all else, he's vain and ego-centric, but she feels guilty feeling this way because he's one of them. Sohma family politics are so much fun.
Armstrong: Hasn't met yet.
Izumi Curtis: Hasn't met yet.
Havoc: Hasn't met yet.
Hughes: Hasn't met yet.
Hawkeye: Hasn't met yet.
Mustang: Hasn't met yet.
Gilbert (GILLY!): Hasn't met yet.
Hokuto: Hasn't met yet.
Anissina: Hasn't met yet.
Conrad: Hasn't met yet.
Gwendal: Hasn't met yet.
Yozak: Hasn't met yet.
Lupin: He's a charming man and his "try and feel good about yourself" session was a catalyst for Kisa, because there wasn't the idea of "If you don't be nice, people won't like you" it was just "like yourself" with no strings attached. That was odd for Kisa. No-one's told her that.
Solid Snake: Hasn't met yet. Possibly because she doesn't have any boxes.
Tsunade: Had one conversation about whether they should talk about menstruation to the camp at large. Kisa's wary around Tsunade.
Count D: OMFG IT'S AKITO WITH PETS...oh, wait, that's canon too. Count D scared her because he was asking her all sorts of questions about her life at home and the fact that despite her best efforts, she's not an ordinary Japanese school girl. He reduced her to tears and now she's making a concerted effort to avoid him whenever possible.
Sanzo: Oh boy, this one's complicated. She understands that Sanzo's complicated and that he really did just want to check to make sure she wasn't cursed. Thing is, she already is, and she's aware of that. So, when he started to scan her, she started to panic because he's about to find out about her curse, everyone would know and it was all her fault. So she panicked. So she's wary around Sanzo -- although she's aware that something happened between Haru and Sanzo (she just doesn't know that Haru turned into a cow and totally huffed Sanzo -- and really, Haru's ego wouldn't appreciate Kisa laughing at the mental image).
Gojyo: Hasn't met.
Xelloss: Hasn't met.
Wolfwood: Hasn't met.
Schuldig: Hasn't met, and has promised Haru that if she ever sees him, to run the other way.
Atsuko: She still maintains that she's Yuusuke's sister, because there's no way she's his mother. Nice lady, even if a little more coarse than she's used to. You know, that diamond in the rough crap.
