Clark KentKisa distrusts Clark. He has Bad Intentions Towards Her Cousin and...she was totally lying through her teeth in regards to her relationship with Ayame. Basically, Kisa is of the opinion that the only one who's allowed to trash talk her cousins is her cousins and that even then they can only do it to a certain extent and then it has to stop. She thinks that Clark and Simon have crossed that line by manipulating Ayame and she Does Not Like It. She takes heart in the fact that Ayame is manipulating them right back, but nevertheless, Clark is Not A Sohma Friend in her book

Fllay Allster Kisa thinks that she should like Fllay. She doesn't. She thinks that she should be kind to Fllay because few people are and she understands what it's like to be alienated, alone and have no-one talk to you because of something you simply cannot help (Kisa with her apperance, Fllay with her fear of things that she cannot control). Kisa's aware that Fllay is scared of the Coordinators and she's aware of why. She understands this and yet ... Kisa can't get enough courage to say "I'm sorry about your father, they were horrible people and you have every right to be upset for what they did to him". Admittedly, if she said that, Fllay would go "FLLAY SMASH!" on her head, and while Kisa is very shy and naive, she's not entirely ignorant. Therefore, at the moment, Kisa's content to let the relationship lie as it is: low-level terror on Kisa's side and ambivalence bordering on dislike on Fllay's

Okay, firstly? Thank God you're a solo character because this will take a while! Thankfully, Kisa hasn't met Rosalyn otherwise this comment Would Never End. In a nutshell, Simon doesn't like Rosalyn. There are a number of reasons for this, and because traumatising people with Simon-swapped-with-River means that I am incoherent, in no particular order here goes!
Simon was initially largely indifferent to Rosalyn when he arrived - she was one of the first people he met, she possessed a few strange abilities that were clearly impossible but given that there were ambulatory corpses he considered a woman who could freeze things to be lower on his list of priorties to go "...dudewtf?" Nervous breakdown after he was indoors, yes. However, shortly after this came the haunting and everything that came with it, and there was a hell of a lot that did

He is indeed a dick, but really, she does feel bad about what happened, and she does believe he was justified in his actions, and that she was in the wrong. (really the entire month after her haunting just mortifies her and she's trying to forget it ever happened)
She does plan to avoid him as much as she possibly can, though, since she's well aware she's hardly in his good books, and she wishes he'd stay out of her relationship with Stan, next time they need a medic, she's asking for Kabuto by name.
Sohma Isuzu Kisa knows all your backstory. Okay, so actually she doesn't. She knows that Rin gets sick a lot, she knows that Rin and Haru were totally going at it like rabbits (she doesn't think of it like that, but I'm summarising) and she knows that Hiro is very protective of Rin. Therefore the obvious conclusion is that Rin has a thing for Hiro and that if she ever says anything, Kisa should step aside like a good cousin would. No, seriously. Kisa actually thinks this. It's highly entertaining. She's scared of Rin in that she yells a lot at Kisa and grumbles and scares her, but there has to be some good and nice elements in there as her two most favourite people in the world adore Rin. Therefore, there has to be something that they like and Kisa's determined to find it. Even if it means being yelled at.
Simon has only met Rin as psychic!Simon and therefore is aware of everything. That said, he won't remember any of it because he was completely messed up, mentally speaking and really, when you have angels and demons and

Okay, so Kisa thinks that Hanatarou needs to come and visit her in her world, where he can go to school with her and we can have that fic that Hiro-mun wrote. And that'd be awesome.
Basically, Kisa likes Hanatarou, and actually he's the first person for whom she's actually walked up to the people who bully him and say "You shouldn't do that". She hasn't even done that for herself, which is possibly quite embarrassing to Hanatarou given that it might suggest that Kisa thinks that he's less capable of looking after himself that she thinks she is, but Kisa genuinely means it as a demonstration of her affection to him. Kisa just thinks that Hanatarou is really sweet, really kind and that if anyone else wants to bully him she can look cute at them too. Poor Division 13.
