Musical Block up

I have to finish this song I wrote by 5 pm this afternoon. It's really going to be hard to finish because there's a whole little "movement" I don't even have a melody for and some other spontaneous parts I don't have a melody for. It's for my recital and I just don't want to do a Ballet everyone's going to hear over and over again. I kind of

have you ever tried combining music from your fav songs? Just taking random notes that you hear, that catch your eye and useing them to form a melody that compliments your love for music? I think it'd turn out great! I mean, I didn't hear what you had written while I was there, so I dont' know how it goes. But I think if you do that, you wouldn't be so stuck. Try it and tell me how it turns out :) Love you and thank you for having me over yesterday. I had tons of fun :)

Oooo that's a good idea actually. Maybe I should try it. I was trying to stay away from playjerism but fuck that. I can prolly send you a recording of my song when I'm finished. It will sound crappy probably, not quite sure though.

ah! lol, I don't remember what i said. aye, my hand was sweaty! it was hot in there! It was an accident :P Aye, at least I didn't hit you with it :P I coulda, though! Evil Evil thoughts :P
Oh, and it wouldn't be playjorism. Just take lil notes here and there from different songs to make a melody that says "hard rock, but soft ideals" or something to that affect. It's more personal. Plus, you'll get something way cool
