I have a big ugly nose. In Italian, it's called a "nasone." I like to use that word, instead.

He wasn't too old, but his nose seemed like it no longer fully belonged to him. New forms of life. I won't go on about this, thank you much.

I know what kind of nose you are talking about, and it's pretty gross, but I still have nothing but sympathy for ugly people.
