I'm down and this happens semi-annually most of the times; it lasts for quite some time, hopefully with an interval between the two semesters. No words can help, no tappings on the back, no nothing. It's just you and yourself alone in a cave. And while you know you've been there before, the way out of it doesn't get any shorter. Not for me anyway.
