Hooray for spin teachers who look all lycra-tastic but play Underworld and Iggy Pop for my workout pleasure. I have so found my new favorite Monday morning activity.
I love it. It's the biggest exercise bang for my buck. I always feel like I've worked out harder there than anywhere except running. But I can endure more spinning, so the workouts are great for me.
I think I have a lot to learn from you. I'm going to add you if you don't mind.
im so glad you did, I added you too:) Im flattered that you think you will learn a lot from me. trust me, im no expert, and my body is not where id like it, but its a journey right? Im a converted athlete I like to say LOL. I have always loved being active but the last 5 years or so I really shifted my focus. I love to run too. I used to hate it and now im hooked again, but I have to control myself or my body takes a beating and I burn out. I am currently doing approx 4-6 miles 4 times a week and 1 time a week I run about 8 miles split up (I run 4 teach spin then run the other 4) we shall see what happens when the NY weather shifts. I teach spin 5 times a week plus a weight training course 1 time per week and then bootcamp 1 time per week. I love it! wait this turned into a monster comment im sorry!!!! btw im Amanda:) and congrats on your baby!
Wow! you work it, woman. That's a heck of a schedule. You must feel amazing with all the endorphins pumping through your system from all that exercise.
