I celebrated last week's weight loss with a butt-ton of loco moko from the Island Cafe last night, reminding myself that a free day debauch of all my points is not a free week. Today I am back in the saddle, both literally (spinning this morning!) and figuratively (hooray for little meals and Core good stuff).

I, too, have done a little celebrating. My 5 pound loss will soon be a 5 pound gain if I don't watch it. Today, I am CORE once more.
