[Aku will retaliate by belching flames at the two of them. Unfortunately where they are and at this range, the flames are going to hit the flower shop too.]

[That swift grab by Apeku will succeed in grabbing his leg, and Adell's thrown violently away, crashing into a nearby wall. The blow winds him briefly, but he jumps back to his feet and lunges right back at Aku. His fist ignites in flame again, but he charges in like a comet. Unleashing one of his trademark Crimson Flame attacks right at the monster. And it'll hit like a truck.]

[At this point, thanks to another Aku battle somewhere else in the square, rain starts coming down. Somehow this makes the battle all the more dramatic.

Monkeyku is hit by the fireballs and goes flying back, landing in a pile of snow. From the ground though, his arms shoot out, stretching as they head towards Stahn. The claws stretch out like propellers and begin spinning rapidly as they heard towards him.

Apeku bowls over. His bulky form lets him take more of the attack, but he still ends up going down. He'll be back up and ready for another punch though. What Adell may or may not notice is that this Aku is a bit different than the others. Something red seems to be poking out his back. It would seem Aku is multitasking a little TOO much.]

[Oh god, PROPELLERS? COME ON THAT'S SO NOT FAIR.

Stahn'll unleash a Demon Fang, a shockwave along the ground in the direction of where the body landed, and then start running. Do NOT want to get sliced and diced, kay?]

[Action]

[A trained warrior will notice changes in his opponent's makeup quickly. Red wings? ...This must be him. Good. That means he's not going to hold back. He's going to get a punch, alright. Several of them. On fire.]

Vulcan Blaze!!

[A flurry of very powerful attacks are launched his way, exploding violently on impact with each punch and kick. Eventually, he punches Apeku into the air, throws his arm aside, then clenches his fist, creating a large explosion from all the built up energy he had unleashed upon him.]

[Monkeyku has an evil grin as he continues forward, hopping over the shockwave, and ready to give Stahn a very close shave.

... but in the meantime, Apeku is being pummeled hard. And one of those attacks manages to hit an exposed wing. All across the courtyard, every Aku freezes up and hisses. Several of the other Akus will simply dive into the ground, feeding into Apeku to provide a more decent covering for those wings. This will include Monkeyku by sheer proximity. Apeku consequently swells to twice his original height.]

[Stahn was prepared to somersault over Monkeyku and get behind him, but this development forced him to change his strategy.]

Hey, Adell. I think it's time we end this!

[He charges towards him, readily to begin his final assault.]

Phoenix Blast! ...Burning Beast! [He starts off by doing a full 360 degree radial flame slash that ends in shooting a large fireball at a 45 degree angle right at Apeku's face, in the shape of a phoenix. Then he performs an attack similar to his earlier Beast, except this one is also flaming and ends in an attack where he slams the ground with his sword and causes columns of fire to shoot upwards.

But he won't end there. His sword starts glowing.]

Uuuuuooooh! Final Fury! [He starts pounding Apeku with a long dance of slashes, stabs, and kicks, as seen here, over a dozen in number, before ending in a powerful flaming blast.]

King of Beasts!

[After the flaming burst of Stahn's Final Fury, Apeku is treated to a charging uppercut from Adell, meant to knock him very high into the air. Once liberated from the ground, Adell follows him into the air with a rocketing corkscrew uppercut, attack landing like a drill. Finally, when they reach the apex of the altitude limit, Adell grabs the legs of Apeku and throws him with all of his might back to the earth below.

...And then follows him down with a meteor style straight-kick. He's quick to leap away after he lands, however.]

[While all this is going on, Flonne is running back from the flower shop and into the fray once again. But this time? She's pissed.

Once Adell has both landed and leaped away, Flonne -- who has just returned to the scene, jumps into the air.]

Ultimate Attaaaaack!!

[Once in the air, Flonne looks as if she's praying, with large (but not as large as they should be -- half the size, really) white wings made of energy (anyone looking will still notice her real Luceti-given wings just below them) -- except for all that light blue energy gathering in front of her.]

Lord, give me strength!

[Once enough energy has gathered (and due to Luceti's restrictions, it's not as much as it should be), it shoots out in several different directions in front of and next to Apeku, causing a good sized blast -- and again, not as large ranged as it once was. Oh well ): (In short, again, this is Divine Ray, from 0:23 to 0:44)]

[This face? This is Aku being thrown left and right by Stahn and Adell's various attacks. Eventually he'll wisen up and break off four other Apekus to try and get the better of them. So the two of them can expect to receive a few brutal punches to their face before Flonne shows up.]

[And suddenly several bolts of holy power are hitting those multiple Apeku targets (and a few other Akus out there as well). They'll all be hissing in pain as the beams of light just cut straight through him, as if he was little more than paper. Several of those Akus (including the real one) will creep away into the ground for escape. However one of them...]

[Action]

[One of them takes on a bat form and starts to fly away tauntingly, as if IT was the real Aku. It even has a pair of convincing red wings on its back.]

You win this time! But I will return! [Fly away.]

[Action]

...Dammit! He got away...

[He looks over at Flonne now, who rejoined them in the battle.]

Is everything gonna be okay now, Flonne?

[Action]

[Adell massages his jaw lightly. Those apes hit pretty damn hard. Between getting punched just now and getting thrown into a wall, he was sore in several places, but it wasn't pain he never felt before. Just weakness leaving the body, after all. He'll be fine.

Then he'll turn to the re-arrival of the angel trainee.]

Great shot, Flonne! Didn't know you could do that!

[Give her a sec guys, that took a lot of energy out of her.]

Y-Yes, everything ... everything is all right now!

[And to Adell:]

Hehehe ... I didn't think I'd be able to here! I-it wasn't as strong but ... it seems it was enough anyway!

Yeah, you really helped us there, Flonne! Hahaha! O-ow... [He clutches his stomach. Apparently, it hurts to laugh when you've been clawed in the gut.]
