Well, you seem to have been majorly stressed out at work lately, so that could be the cause of it... some of it could be psychosomatic, but no less real.
sounds like sinuses...and with all the mucus flowing into your stomach that will make you snausous and dizzy.....take some cordizone or some over the counter stuff like allegra, or something of the sort, but along with sunus probs come bloddy noses....specially if your picking...JK!....but seriously your sinuses could be drying out to fast when it does bleed. I don't think youll have to rush to the docs...just take some anti histimines and youll be ok.....
