On Saturday night /Sunday Morning at 2:30am Dez and I were driving back to her place after drinks at the airliner. A guy cuts me off and hits me while doing so. from what i know, it is the CAR that is insured not the driver...the insurance company will try and get out of it though but you guys need to stick to your guns and say that it is definitely the CAR not the driver that is insured. Also...why is the other person's insurance not covering this? Just a thought...

Thanks heather! We arnt sure if the guy is insured or not, we are still waiting for the police report to process. We dont know if they found the guy or not. We need to get in touch with the reporting office to find out. But your right...It should be the CAR that is insurence, not the driver. Keep your fingers crossed

heh, well im glad I didnt tramatize you for life :) Im ok now, I just had a bad case of whiplash for a week
