Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I've been rather down and thus a little reclusive. I haven't been on a vacation in over two years... and I think outa town might do me some good. Yellowstone is just around the corner. Thank goodness.

We fly Monday the 19th to Bozeman and then rent a car. (would do the road trip if I had more days). We will spend the week in a secluded cabin my family has in the lodgepole pines just outside WestYellowstone. Fishing, hikes through the woods, bonfires on the shore of Hebgen lake, a day in the park, and then maybe journey down toward the tetons! I really can't wait!!

You are so lucky to be going so soon!! After you return, I would love to hear about your stay inside the park.

If anyone is in need of a well deserved vacation, it's you. You should leave for at least three weeks, take a couple good books, and throw away your cell phone(we should all do this).

What I would give for three weeks away. Some day when I am a self sufficient photographer I can choose my own vacation length. This time I have one single week, but we are making the most of it by flying to Montana, therefore avoiding four days of driving there and back.

We may get sun, we may get snow. Nobody knows in September in Montana/Wyoming. I hope it's sun because I want to swim in the lake - even if its cold.
