I think I am addicted to capsaicin, and I ALWAYS have a bag of green serrano chilies at home. I have noticed recently that I am adding red chili flakes or chopped serranos to every meal I make for myself. Tuna sandwich? Add the serranos to the mix! Salad dressing, same thing.
