The US doesn't torture, my ass. And re Gitmo, we'll see. That would be a real improvement, but... go figure that comes in the context of more bellicose WoT saber rattling.

And yeah, I'd be more satisfied if his politics weren't so abhorrent. And note, I wasn't talking about him, I was talking about him and McCain.

I hear you. There's this bizarre intellectual honeymoon thats been going on for the last year and a half that makes people think Obama and McCain are serving different interests. I found it a lot stranger on the Obama side because people have pretty much declared him the liberal messiah.
