You think you're going to tell someone who works in finance...likely has a degree in finance... you're going to tell them how banks work? And YOU BELIEVED HER when she told you she didn't know that? Come on, man, you're smarter than that.
I'm sorry you don't have enough money to make your insurance payment, and it sounds like they screwed you...from your description...however, figure it out. Calling up to be "that crazy guy" with customer service (there is one almost every day) was a total waste of YOUR time. If you really got screwed, find out from your State who monitors the banks and file a genuine complaint with them. In Illinois, it's the Department of Professional Regulations.
