I've worked five days in a row. Tomorrow makes six. Tuesday makes seven. Half of our staff is getting no hours this week. Today we cut four people off early. I was not one to go home early because I was cut yesterday. I really hope business picks up... I don't want to be without a job again. After Tuesday, I don't work again until Sunday. Well, were you under 18 when you were terminated? if so, they techincally have to mail you the check on the day that they gets there or there is huge legal fines from ohio.

I was under 18 when I quit.

Ohio Minr Law says that any minor is supposed to receive their paycheck on the first day possible when everyone else receives theirs. If they do not, there can be huge legal fees. Go to them and demand it or demand to talk to the DM. Simple if you throw the weight of the law around.

Ooh neat. I will do that when I get the chance. My other dilemma, though, is that I do not know where my check is being held. I was employed for the new mall, but I was working at the other one for the time being. I don't know what they did with my check. I should call.
