Heh, you could just do it yourself if no one takes you.
Just find a fat sewing needle and sterylize it.
I used to do that all the time.
Just make sure it goes in straight and your lip kinda gets used to the thick needle before switching it with a ring (or stud). Like, 5 minutes.
Oh my God, I'm such a bad influence.
