i stayed up till 1 last night, finishing and starting to read books from the reading list of my women studies class that begins in less than two weeks. i also started making verb flashcards for spanish class. since this morning i have reminded and newly educated myself on 50+ spanish verbs. this morning i engaged in a 2 hr+ spanish/english ( Read more... )

basil and i have surely bonded since my last mention of her avoidance of me. i noted that she couldn't quite scratch a part of her neck since she's missing one of her hind legs, and so i took it upon myself to be this missing link and scratch her in that sweet spot and she's been sitting on my lap all day everytime i hang out in the living room.
