i pretty much suck at liquid-ish eyeliner...haha so i went out and bought some Revlon stuff and man, i could use some pointers...so i am trying to get this whole dramatic crazy eye thing going and i am struggling..any tips or advice on what i could do to look purdy would be muchly appreciated!

When you go to stroke the liquid eyeliner on, do it really fast but make sure you start off in the right place and don't hold the applicator too close. That liquid stuff is so messy, I hardly use it.
