Angst is a reminder to people that they can still feel or it's an indication that their life isn't worth it if it isn't some sort of soap opera. They are a lot like the blonde girl on American Beauty--they are nothing more than ordinary and wish they were.

For once, I am glad my drama is wedding angst and house hunting angst. I can live wit' 'dat yo.

Those stressers

are enough to drive anyone insane!!!

Stan and I about tore each other apart in the wedding angst. But we love each other even more for the struggle.

Then the house hunting angst - GAH - but it was a cake walk compared to the wedding angst. Only Stan freaking about house payments. Don't know why, we're fine.

I agree about your assessment of angst. I think that they fuel it so that they remain the center of attention. Because once attention is drawn elsewhere, they are left behind and alone. So the cycle continues to go where they generate angst to remain that center focus.

A "look at me!" cry.

Are you guys registered anywhere?

You will also have to email me your address, when the invite arrived it was raining and while my address was somewhat readable, yours was smeared / gone.

Also, I will be flying solo as my man has to work. Barring anything happening to my papaw that is.
