I've always liked if y boys hated each other but I've never gotten into H/D but I can see where you're coming from. Kurt is Draco - just more moral and I can totally see him as Slitherinian - he's both ambitious and cunning.
The problem with trying to sort the Glee kids in Hogwarts houses is that too many of them fall into Slytherin. Kurt, Rachel, hell, even Puck talked about how he was good enough to get out of Lima. All of them have ambition, it's such a large part of being performers.
The question is, where do we draw the line? How many of them have other qualities that might overshadow the ambition? If any?
What is not to love about this boy, really? *swoons*
And I also noticed many similarities between Puck/Kurt and Harry/Draco - the "love to hate you" kind of relationship is a classic, and such fun to read. But IDK, I personally relate Puck to Draco and Harry to Kurt. I guess because both Puck and Draco are (at least supposed to be) the "bad boys", and Harry/Kurt the emotionally strong, secure ones. But alas, I also love head-over-heels!Puck with oblivious!Kurt, the same way I love head-over-heels!Harry with oblivious!Draco. Now you got me in a contradiction.

Also, drawing not mine, but I adore how well the Kurt promo mirrors it!
