ugh. it's been a frustrating week for running. i had a 25 minute run on saturday. i ran 18, had to slow it way down for 2, ran 3 and walked the last 2. tonight was another 25 and i only made it 13. my legs felt so tired, my right ankle hurt (twisted it the other day) and i had cramps in my stomach. i stopped. im wondering if maybe i'm just pushing ( Read more... )

physically or mentally?

my legs are still tired. i feel tired in general. sleepy. my ankle feels fine.

im still a bit disappointed, but realize that everyone's different and maybe i need to go a bit more gradually.
