Feeling a bit green for St Patty's Day

Well, I went in to work both Monday and Tuesday despite fighting a bad cold coming on. So when I got up this morning, feeling crummy, then also looked out window and it's SNOWING just days from spring.. that decided it. I'm home alone! Walk around in my boxers if I please, put on a naughty DVD... ummm well maybe later.. think I will go back to bed.

Feeling a tad green

I have to laugh at myself. Being Norwegian, St Patrick's Day isn't a monumental event for me yet I had specifically picked up green beads to wear for today, as well as went thru my closet earlier in week to find a green shirt to wear today (no green undies tho, but have green socks), and then I haven't left the house all day. Well, just look how ready I am for next year!

Ahhh yesss those were the days... in addition I lived in an "animal house" and the parties did indeed start early. Of course on Saturdays during football season that the UW Badgers play at home I can still stroll down to Camp Randall area and re-live those days... should I be inclined to do so :)
