[It'll take Joshua a little longer to regain consciousness than Leonhardt, but when he does, his mind is quick to work on processing the situation - or as quick as it can be when he's still getting into gear.
...Alright, the first problem is obvious: this definitely isn't where he was before. This doesn't even seem to be in Grancel, for that matter, or at least, it's not anywhere he recognizes. Judging from the small amount of space, this seems to be some sort of vent, but... how did he end up in a location like that, when he'd been waiting for Estelle at the rest area in the east blo-
...
Second problem: There's another presence here. One that he's certain he recognizes from somewhere, no less... and in this particular case, that may not necessarily be a good thing.
Leonhardt, you have about three seconds until the boy's going to turn to look at you. Now might be a good time to think of how to handle this situation, rather than simply remaining silent.]
[Oh, in that silence he's doing plenty, like trying to figure out where the nearest exit is. Unfortunately he's not seeing anything that hints towards an exit nearby. He can tell what direction to head towards, but that's about it.
Well, whoever or whatever did this has a sick sense of humor putting them together like this, even though there's a high chance Joshua now knows what he looks like.
Well, fine, he'll deal with the first issue, the immediate threat because they aren't exactly allies. A bracer would not attack an unarmed man, and to be quite honest with the fact that a quick escape isn't happening, it is likely best they work together until they escaped this place-- wherever it may be.] If you have any idea where this is, you had better start talking, boy. And it would be best to give back my sword if you have it.
[Because he doesn't even want to think of the ramifications of Joshua having Kernviter if that is the case.]
[There's a brief delay before Joshua actually responds to that statement. That voice, not to mention what he can make out of the other person at the moment... both are alarmingly familiar to him. In fact, the voice alone is enough to confirm the person's identity, honestly.
...2nd Lieutenant Lorence. Just what was he doing here? It sounds as if he's just as uncertain about the situation as he is... but if he's the other presence he felt, and there doesn't seem to be anyone else nearby, then just who is responsible for this? And for what reason would anyone seemingly abduct a bracer and a member of the Royal Army and then leave them here? It seems... illogical.]
... No, I don't. [That's to both statements. He definitely doesn't recognize this place, and he certainly doesn't have his sword. ...It'd probably take a miracle for Joshua to be able to take that away from him, anyway.]
[As he suspected, Joshua most definitely wasn't the cause, and that was a vague possibility anyway since the number of people who could disarm him are very few. But there wasn't anyone else nearby and this wasn't any place familiar at all.
Of course in Leonhardt's case here, there's quite a few more who would possibly do something like this, though far fewer actually capable of it. The strange part is why Joshua too?
Well, that could wait for later. The important part was getting out of here and arming themselves again.] Do you have your weapon and orbment? Or anything in your possession? [He was really hoping the answer wasn't no because it was better one of them be armed at least, but all he had found nearby was some clothing and a book, as far as he could tell the clothing was his own, and what he changed into as he was about to go leave the castle, not his uniform.]
[And when the two hop out of the vents and land inside the Battle Dome, Adell will be sitting on a bench nearby drinking a bottle of sports drink after his training session.
[Well, they are still in New Feather garb since they haven't quite had a chance to change yet. And now Leonhardt finally sees that Joshua was given a dress of all things.
Apologies for the lack of answer from Leonhardt, Adell, he's going to be staring at his little not-brother in a dress. This is what, the third time now? And then it will be obvious he finds that fact quite amusing from the smirk.
Of course, that likely hints at the fact that these two know each other.]
[...He sees that smirk, Leonhardt. He sees that smirk. And from his expression, it's likely very easy to tell that Joshua isn't amused by all this. He was hoping he'd be able to hide somewhere before Leonhardt noticed his attire, but... well, so much for that.]
...T-This isn't funny. [So stop that, geez. This is embarrassing enough for him as i-]
[-wait. There's another presence here. Not to mention he's certain he just heard someone.
...this really just keeps getting better and better for him, doesn't it? Well, fine. He'll turn to look in Adell's direction for now, his expression serious - though from his reaction to Leonhardt, it's likely somewhat obvious that he's trying to hide the fact he's still a little flustered.]
That's what I want to know as well. And do you mind telling us just who you are, exactly? [He's not trying to hide the accusatory tone in his voice, however; it's fairly clear he's suspicious of Adell right now. He is the first person they've encountered - it's entirely possible that this person may have had something to do with them ending up here.]

...Okay, that's just plain damn weird.]
Huh?! ....What were you doing in the vents?
