Hate abounds at Evergreen.  The plywood barriers between the CAB construction site and sidewalk are plastered with what appear to be gang symbols (and by this I mean unintelligible words made up of crudely formed picturesque letters) and psuedo-intelligent social commentary (of the school "UP ANARCHY" with scrawled responses like "UP DOWN ANARCHY
