but I just discovered how amazing sea salt is. It's like what salt wishes it was. It actually has depth of flavor besides " SALT! " Especially on meat it's really good.

I'm sure most of you already knew that, but in case you didn't, try it. :)

There are different varieties of sea salt, varying in mineral content. And varying very much in price. They all have different tastes, of course, so there's another way to explore your pallate (i.e., spend money).
