My experience with US Air recently was less than stellar, including losing bags both directions, getting in hours later both times, bad customer service in the airports, etc. This 5 minute excerpt is a recording of my over 30 minutes experience of waiting for them to pick up the phone, filling my ear with advertisements. Yikes....I would have thought all this for NorthWest....not so much USAir, who used to be my favorite. I never had a hard time with them. :( Sorry they suck so hard these days. Must be low on fundage or something. :P

Me too, they were always great...this has been the worst flight experience on a whole that I ever had (obviously) :P

Boston to Florida takes about 24 hours, if I remember right, with a change of train in NYC. I've only done it once, although I've ridden the slightly longer route to New Orleans many times.

I love long-distance train travel, especially in a sleping compartment with a pleasant companion ;-)
