she IS?! she shoulda spoke french (french is hot). her english-with-a-french-accent sounded so fake!

and I ain't read the books, so I dunno that they were in it less. they kick ass. the few scenes snape were in were GOLDEN. alan rickman is a hero.

Hahaha, Brendan Gleeson truly is fantastic.

Hermione's gorgeous, but Emma overdoes the acting somewhat :\

it's almost endearing. like, it's especially noticeable at the start. he face is so incredibly animated it's unreal. it makes pretty much every scene funny. there's one scene in particular, I forget when, but it's a very relaxed scene (no mad wizardry, I mean) and her face is having an epileptic fit!

of course her overacting pays dividends. the end of the ball is great, starting form that shot of ron and her walking out of the main hall (more continuity fuckups. who edited this thing? they shoulda just gone for a 3-hour epic to make it tighter) and her delivery of that final line is pretty good too.
