For some reason, my lj won't let me go to other people's profiles tonight, so the night after I got back into livejournal after... ages of being away, I will make a post rather than reading and commenting on other peoples.

It's good to have some money. But if the job's not what you really want to do, it doesn't have to be forever :)
I've been in the same retail job for four and a half years now and it's not what I want to do in life. I'm finally getting out next month to go back to study.
But no rush in your sitch. Take your time to figure out which paths you want to take. I understand about wishing for the glowing neon sign. I would like one of those too.

Ah yes. Ever since I started full time work at the shop, travelling to Newtown back and forth each day, I've found less time for creative endeavours of my own. Time management is tricky :/
