Should Lucivar look outside, he will find Miranda there, near the edge of the woods, but out of the shade.

He does, eventually, frustration getting the better of him and going outside to practice his worry away. Again. Then he notices her and stops, keeping his distance and hesitating to approach her.

She's kneeling on the ground with a book, of all things-- it may seem unlike her, but she did read quite a lot, on her father's island. She does not notice him, and does not look up.
