Big Crew Problems I'm at the breaking point no one is getting along and the 22 year olds keep acting like high school kids, nothing but head aches. my co- crew learder is sucking more and more every day

erin - don't worry - take some time for yourself, lock yourself in your room (or tent) and tell them not to fuck with you for a good 12 hours. it'll all be easier to take if you can remove yourself a bit. and their problems with eachother are THEIR problems. if they don't want to solve them - they won't. you can onyl do so much.

so really - take a deep breath, relax, and i'm sure things will improve.

Thanks Em, I had a long cleansing meeting with my boss, co-leader, and LIT
We're working on things- My co-leader realised what an insenstive over controling ass hes been, and were trying mend things out so it will start getting beter.
Besides we have 3 weeks left before Graduation, they are going to be the most work intensive stuff we've done, our other projects will have seemed like cake walks up till now, the crew can't fall apart now or everyone is srewed.
I am better, and I have been taking alot more time to myself, I sort of forgot how important that can be for awhile there, it makes all the differance. And the crew noticed right away that I stoped taking care of everyone else and started taking care of me, that got awhole huge reaction as well.
