I use to weigh 260 lbs. I'm now topping the scales at 218, its been less then a year, since I've attempted to lose weight. It is really great that you guys are all on board and having people to help you out is a really good idea, remember that exercise or joining a gym is not the only way to accomplish this, what worked for me was simply changing my diet slightly including less fatening and calorie rich foods, also eating more regularly throughout the day instead of one or two large meals. In short, its small changes to the aspects of your life that will make the biggest difference. Goodluck to everyone.
