I'm trying a new Widget-based Livejournal updating thing, and it seems to be pretty cool (so long as this actually works). It's convenient enough, though the text input field is a little small. So that's a bit annoying ( Read more... )

Giving up internet browsing is amazing, almost as amzing to me as it is that you still give up stuff for lent. Quite admirable actual.

I hope the whole advisor thing works out. Can you go with him? Usually if a University steals a professor away they get his/her students too, at least that's the way I thought it worked. In any event, since you're not internet browsing I'll be sure to copy interesting things I find on the internet and post them here as comments so that this ends up backfiring on you.
