Milk Tooth - Help Needed

Mar 12, 2008 19:44

Ezra's 1st milk tooth (front bottom) just dropped out! He said it got loose last Friday. I only knew it on Mon.

Is it too early for his teeth to drop? Shd I bring him to a dentist? Do I need to give him food that's soft? Anything I need to do? Help!

I think if no pain sould be ok to let it be. My dentist did say to watch out for milk tooth dropping at around 6 yrs.

Thanks! There's no pain. He's only 5 yr 3mths, was wondering if it's too early, if i didn't keep his teeth clean so it dropped...

I think they are dropping earlier. the dentist told me about it mid last yr that he can start having shaking milk teeth anytime soon. I think it's more likely that his teeth are ready to emerge.

Oh, thanks for the assurance. Kids are really developing faster these days!

My nephew's tooth dropped at 5+ too. My sister just left it as is. Seems like things are happening to kids at accelerated pace these days!

Yes, it's quite scary their development is getting advanced in many ways!

jon has 2 permanent teeth already, and one of his milk teeth is shaking!
he dropped his milk teeth for the first time before he turned 5.
i also thought it was early, but the dentist say nothing to worry about!
