the hardest part for me was the oral fixation part, so my useless advice for the night is, have something else to chew on that's not your fingernails, cause then you end up spending a ton of money on things to keep you from chewing your nails
you know what might help you? yoga. or swimming. swimming really makes you realize how little lung capacity you actually have and it might make you push even harder. but definately yoga, with the relaxing and the breathing.
I have a yoga video. I really should be doing it. If I had the money, I'd go to a gym so I could swim before work. I think that would be awesome. I need to work out anyways.
