This one had me checking my calendar...sadly, it's JUNE, not APRIL.  More than a little disturbing...

Now my question, is even if it worked, what would be the true advantage? I mean it's not as if two gay people see one another they immediately rip off clothes and have sex. And even if it was somehow so effective that it made people even consider that, I bet most would reconsider in the middle of a warzone. I can't imagine trying to get down in a foxhole in Iraq...

Exactly. The whole thing is completely absurd and bizarre. THIS is what the best minds at the governments disposal came up with? On the one hand, I laugh cuz it's hilarious, but on the other hand I cringe at the implication that homosexuality is some sort of zombie fever that fully incapacitates a person, rendering one powerless over/slave to their carnal desires, you know? It's like Night of the Living Homo or something...stupid!

Yah...I'm totally late to the party on this one, apparently. It's received a lot of play on various blogs. I was also listening to Sunday's Wait, Wait NPR podcast this morning and they covered this story in one of the quizzes, lol.
