Hahaha...it's a totally obscure reference to a totally cheesy song on the soundtrack to the totally cheesy 80s movie (but one of my favorites) The Last Dragon. The song is called "The Glow", and it goes like this:

To reach that upper level,
your mind, body and soul must be one.

It's a sacrifice, it takes hard work,
It's a way of life.

When you got the glow, you feel the one,
When you got the glow, Your body's gold,
So don't let go, of the power of elevation.

The Last Dragon has a lot of break dancing and kung-fu in it. For some reason, I had "The Glow" stuck in my head while working on the photos, lol.
