Another night with hours spent getting Libby to sleep and me sleeping on the sofa. I'm hoping that next Saturday I can actually get some sleep and get out to do some riding on Sunday morning. I really need to get back to the exercise - I'm supposed to be doing the Reading half marathon at the end of March and I've not had a chance to run since
