The spot in my place is still very much available, and I am more than happy (read: I probably couldn't think of people that would be easier to live with, at least that's the vibe I get) to have you move in. That said, approval from the Maddies has yet to be gotten. Assuming they are home when I get there tomorrow, I could get back to you very quickly. But, the lease ends on the 18th of February. You shant be able to have it before then.

That sounds cool bananas, since I'd prefer to put some cash aside for my furniture and some more general backup cash. What's the situation on parking, by the by? Is there space for another car?

I was thinking about that, and I'm not sure. I'd have to talk to the landlord. Technically we are entitled to a second parking permit, but I don't know whether he'll give it up.
