For reasons too silly to go into, I've been given a set of top-end earphones that are roughly five times more expensive than any previous pair I've had. And they are fantastic, bringing things out in old favourites I've never heard before.

Thanks - I thought about Dreamwidth when the Great Exodus happened, but never really wanted to move over. It's enough, I think, that I get the occasional echo here. In a way, it's like being Charlton Heston in the Omega Man, having the ruins of a once great civilisation all to myself. With, hopefully, fewer zombies at night.
